Meet the Power Lab Team
The coaches and anthropologists who will be the staff team on the Power Lab are all long-standing collaborators of Barry Oshry.
Each person is at the top of their chosen fields in either executive coaching, leadership development or organisational change consultancy.

Marsha is an independent consultant who has worked in the fields of change management, leadership development, performance management and executive coaching.
Prior to starting Marsha Clark & Associates in 2000, she was corporate Vice President for EDS. Her clients include: JP Morgan Chase, Stagen Leadership Institute, and Texas Instruments. Marsha is a coach on the Power Lab team.
Marsha’s passion is supporting women in their personal and professional development. She has co-authored Choose! The Role that Choice Plays in Women’s Lives, (Brown Books 2004).
Teressa is an international coach and consultant. She works with senior leaders who are ready to move through perceived limits and effectively embrace complex business challenges. She has managed organization-wide strategic culture change interventions and designed and implemented leading-edge leadership development programmes.
Her clients include: American Express, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, Merrill Lynch and Texaco. She also works with large US-based utility companies, not-for-profit agencies and universities. Teresa is a certified Organization Workshop trainer and is a coach on the Power Lab team.
Teressa is the Founder of Spirit of Purpose, LLC, and a contributing author to The Theory and Practice of Effective Multicultural Teams.
Anne works internationally with public and private organisations in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, change management, teaming across global cultures, and cultural competency. Her clients have included: AT&T, Microsoft; Siemens, Analog Devices, Hewlett Packard and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
Anne trains trainers in the Organisation Workshop and has served as a coach on the Power Lab for the past 20 years.
Anne is a member and past Chair of the NTL Institute. She is co-editor of the book, Managing in the Age of Change, and has co-authored the book, Coaching for the Edge (in press), along with numerous journal articles. Anne holds a PhD from the Fielding Institute.
Nick works across private, public and not for profit organisations developing senior leadership programmes and business based leadership development. He is an experienced coach and supervisor of executive coaches.
He has worked with clients ranging from global private sector organisations such as Ernst &Young and Barclays Capital, to local authorities, health organisations, universities and charities. Nick is an accredited trainer of the Organisation Workshop and is a coach on the Power Lab Team.
Nick is Director of Bath Consultancy Group and co-author of Coaching, Mentoring and Organisational Consulting: Supervision and Development with Dr Peter Hawkins.
John works in the PwC Leadership Centre of Excellence. He designs and delivers programmes on leadership and change, including the ground-breaking Responsible Leadership Programme for PwC partners and directors. John has also worked for PwC clients designing and facilitating a wide range of workshops.
John is an accredited trainer of the Organisation Workshop and is an anthropologist on the Power Lab team.
John has a Masters in Responsibility and Business Practice (with distinction) from the University of Bath where he studied the practical applications of systems thinking.
Seema is an experienced senior consultant with expertise in applying systems thinking to strategic business issues. She has over ten years experience with Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Seema clients have included the Ministry of Justice, HM Revenue and Customs, UK video games industry, voluntary sector and local authorities. She is accredited to deliver the Organisation Workshop and is an anthropologist on the Power Lab team.
Seema has also been an advisor to UK politicians, past chair of a UK policy think tank, and is Director of the Fabian Women’s Network, an organisation promoting the engagement of women in policy debate and public life.
Phil is an independent consultant who focuses on organization development, coaching, leadership development, interpersonal communication and team building.
Phil is an accredited trainer of the Organization Workshop and is as an anthropologist on the Power Lab Team.
Phil has worked with a wide range of clients such as NASA, Microsoft, Harley Davidson, Electronic Data Systems, Fraiser Health in Canada, and Sun Microsystems in Scotland.
Richard works across private and public organizations facilitating organizational and leadership development activities.
Richard is an accredited trainer of the Organization Workshop and is an anthropologist on the Power Lab team.
Richard worked as a consultant and trainer for the United States government for 28 years. He is now employed part time by Scitor Corporation and runs his own organization Ricks Eagle, LLC.
Lorna has 18 years experience leading and facilitating cross-functional collaboration and team and organizational effectiveness for a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors.
During her 10 years at a major global financial services organization, she was instrumental in changing the culture and market position of the Reinsurance unit, moving the company ranking based on revenue from number four to number one. Lorna uses The Organization Workshop in leadership development programmes throughout the U.S. and is an anthropologist on the Power Lab Team.
Lorna is Chief Workforce Architect for CONNECT: The Knowledge Network in Colorado.
John is the Managing Director of Living Leadership. John’s consultancy work integrates strategy, leadership and culture to assist clients transform their individual, team and organisational performance and better realise their purpose.
John draws on twenty years experience as a general manager in the NHS and as a senior consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked with public sector clients to create performance breakthroughs.
John has pioneered the introduction of Barry Oshry’s systems leadership thinking to many organisations in Europe. He trains trainers in Oshry’s work in the UK. John is convening the Power Lab in Europe and serves as an anthropologist on the Power Lab team.
