if we are to address the complex challenges our organisations and society face.
Our executive coaching work starts with the issues of practical concern to the senior leader. We rapidly create a relationship characterised by high trust and honesty. Our focus is less on the individual qualities and skills of the leader and more about the way the leader makes sense of the situation, their way of being, and how they create the conditions to release the collective intelligence of the organisation.
